At STEDFORD, we are committed to ensuring your premium wardrobe additions arrive in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Each order is handled with the utmost care, reflecting the quality of the garments within.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Signature Requirement

To ensure the security of your purchase, all STEDFORD orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.

5. International Shipping

STEDFORD currently ships to select international destinations.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the location and customs processing.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our concierge team at support@stedford.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will prioritize an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
